Hayden Wooster, the founding partner, was born and raised in Central Florida and moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2016. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida and a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2021. During law school, Mr. Wooster held leadership roles in Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and competed nationally with the Nova Trial Association. His dedication to his clients and community shines through his work both in and out of the courtroom.

Mr. Wooster is also deeply involved in charitable organizations, contributing to causes like Project Linus, Habitat for Humanity, and Make-A-Wish. He is a board member of Charity for Champions, which supports high school athletes with scholarships for higher education.

Juan-Carlos Andaluz, an attorney at Wooster Law, specializes in personal injury cases, particularly those involving traumatic brain injuries. With a background in health law and neuroscience, Mr. Andaluz offers a unique perspective on complex injury cases. He also provides pro bono services to individuals with disabilities and brings experience in insurance denials and ERISA litigation.

Hayden Wooster, Esq

Hayden Wooster was born and raised in central Florida, and moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2016. Mr. Wooster graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology. In 2021, Mr. Wooster received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law where he graduated cum laude.

During law school, Mr. Wooster was involved in organizations such as Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, where he became Justice of this international legal organization, as well as the Nova Trial Association where he was selected to be a part of a national trial competition team.

Mr. Wooster has given his time and effort to multiple philanthropic organizations such as Project Linus, Habitat for Humanity, Make-A-Wish, Toys-for-Tots, and Guardian Ad Litem. He has also contributed and personally organized donations of food and disaster relief supplies to provide aid to those effected by recent hurricanes and other natural disasters throughout the world. Mr. Wooster currently serves on the board of a local charity organization, Charity for Champions, which focuses its efforts towards high school senior athletes, and provides scholarships for them to pursue a college academic career.

Juan-Carlos Andaluz is a Personal Injury Attorney who specializes in Traumatic Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury cases. Prior to joining the firm, Juan-Carlos Andaluz worked as a Health Attorney providing legal advice and counsel to Patients and Insureds on Private Health Insurance as well as to those on Managed-Care Medicare and Medicaid Organizations – with a particular focus on wrongful denials of health insurance coverage, Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services Waivers (HCBS Long-Term Care Medicaid) Fair Hearings, Social Security Disability, Medicare Administrative Law Judge Hearings, and ERISA litigation for employer-sponsored benefit denials (Health, Life, Critical Illness, Disability).

Academically, JC graduated Summa Cum Laude from the NSU Shepard Broad College of Law (Graduating Class of December 2021), where he pursued the Health Law Concentration. Thereafter, JC sat for the July 2022 Florida Bar Examination, which he passed in one sitting. Prior to starting his legal career, JC graduated from New York University where he pursued a studies in Neural Science at the NYU Center for Neural Science. In fact, from the year 2015 until 2018, JC worked diligently and relentlessly to help his mother recover from a severe traumatic brain injury that resulted from a near fatal accident that had left his mother comatose and subsequently vegetative. Fortunately, thanks to his hard work and his background in neuroscience, JC was able to help his mom fully recover from her traumatic brain injury. Currently, JC is in the process of applying to practice law in the State of New York. He passed the July 25-26, 2023 New York State Bar Examination, and on April 16, 2024, he was notified by the New York State Board of Law Examiners that he had passed the New York Law Exam and that he was being certified by the Board to the Third Judicial Department of the Supreme Court, Appellate Division. 

In terms of advocacy, JC provides legal services to disabled individuals as a pro-bono attorney associated with the NSU Disability Inclusion and Advocacy Law (DIAL) Clinic. In addition to being an advocate for individuals with cognitive disabilities, JC has also provided pro bono legal services in the areas of Family law, Elder law, Guardianship law, Condominium law and Immigration law to individuals in need of legal help in those areas. 

JC enjoys spending time with his family, his dog Petito the chihuahua, playing video games (PS5 & Nintendo), rescuing and fostering pets, and connecting with T.B.I. survivors all over the world to give them hope and guide them as they embark on their TBI recovery journeys, as he once did with his mom.

Jessica was born and raised in Coral Gables, Florida and finished her last two years of high school in Key Largo, Florida. After high school, Jessica moved to Michigan and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Michigan State University, as well as an Associate’s degree in Business from Henry Ford College.

Jessica’s first position in the personal injury field was adjusting injury claims for a national insurance company, which gave her valuable experience on the defense side. During her fifth year as a claims examiner,  Jessica was involved in a car accident which resulted in her suffering significant injuries, so Jessica decided to change her career path and obtained a position as a Case Manager for a personal injury firm.

Due to Jessica’s passion to help the injured get the justice they deserve, she has assisted with settling cases in excess of $50,000,000.00, and this amount continues to rise. In her spare time, Jessica goes to the beach, attends Pure Barre and Lagree Pilates classes, as well as practices Yoga as she is a certified yoga instructor.
